A purple face with an open mouth and fangs

Description

The TikTok [shout] emoji is a purple-pink face with a wide-open mouth showing little fangs, raised eyebrows, and intense eyes that look mid-yell. The bold purple color and visible teeth make it way more aggressive than the simple [surprised] face, and the fangs give it a slightly monstrous edge. It lands as a loud, chaotic reaction, whether from excitement, hype, or mock outrage. On TikTok, it is a favorite for high-energy content like sports wins, surprise drops, and intense fan reactions. People also use it to playfully "yell" at creators in comments when something triggers them in a fun way, or to emphasize that they are absolutely losing it over a clip.

Usage

Use [shout] when you want to react to a video like you are literally screaming out loud. It is common under hype announcements, insane talent clips, and chaotic fan edits. Try things like "NO WAY HE HIT THAT SHOT [shout]" or "the new album is out [shout] [shout]". It also works for mock-yelling at a creator: "HOW DID YOU NOT TELL US [shout]". Pair with [rage] or [angry] when you want to seem jokingly mad, or with [happy] when it is pure excitement. It hits harder than [surprised] and is best saved for moments that deserve an actual all-caps reaction.
